  30. After a serious binge of old, almost-the-same-apart-from-3-tracks
  31. compilations from 92-93, it got me in the mood to write a track
  32. that, well, at least attempts to recreate the past masters of old
  33. but not forgotten ;)

  35. Once again knocked up in Protracker, I said I was going to try and
  36. move onto multichannel trackers, but my poor old 020 can't take
  37. the strain :( Hmm, anyone seen DigiBooster Pro? Looks the dog's
  38. bollocks doesn't it? As soon as I get this promised 040 card,
  39. I'll definitely give it a good going over. Some of those features
  40. on it look right smart, like two commands at once on each channel,
  41. stereo  panning, ping pong loops and more! And no, I am not a beta
  42. tester!

  44. Blah blah, influences are: Surburban Base (the label and perhaps
  45. the group too, good work on Dance Diverse #2, Randall!), XL
  46. Recordings, FFRR and various breakbeat tracks I lost the names
  47. of ages ago...

  49. Samples in the mod come from all over the place. The dub-type
  50. vocals come from various Ruffneck tracks, the "Underground' sample
  51. I got from a GTO remix on a compilation CD, the "Takeoff" sample
  52. from a Ravebusters track (I think), "Let the Bass..." from some 
  53. Gabba track, breaks samples from god knows where and the jungly
  54. organ and record scratch sample from a Sheffra track. Respect mate!
